Resilience & Vision 2030: How Crescendo Supported Colgate-Palmolive’s Kick Off 2026
A strategic leadership experience designed to strengthen organizational resilience and collaboration.
Launching a new strategic cycle requires more than presentations and action plans. It requires real alignment, genuine leadership connection, and a culture capable of evolving at the pace of change.
During its Kick Off 2026, Colgate-Palmolive brought together more than 80 leaders—managers, directors, and VPs across Human Resources, Finance, IT, and Logistics—at a pivotal moment: closing the 2025 cycle and welcoming the Vision 2030 roadmap.
Catalyst Mexico had the privilege of supporting this transition through a carefully designed experience aimed at strengthening two key pillars for the next phase: organizational resilience and strategic collaboration.
A transition moment that required more than a message
When an organization enters a phase of deep transformation, the challenge is not only to define the strategy, but to help leadership internalize it and translate it into action.
For this session, we designed an intervention aligned with Colgate-Palmolive’s new direction, using Crescendo as a powerful metaphor for the change journey.

Participants experienced an immersive, two-hour program that highlighted how coordination, active listening, adaptability, and execution under pressure are essential when strategy requires transformation.
Resilience: more than enduring—learning and iterating
One of the core messages of the event was redefining what resilience means. It isn’t only about enduring adversity—it’s about:
- Learning from mistakes
- Iterating quickly
- Adjusting processes
- Trying again with greater clarity
The Crescendo metaphor made it possible to experience, in real time, how synchrony and collective trust can determine a shared outcome.
The strategic message was clear: simplify, automate, challenge what no longer adds value, and build more robust processes that enable a stronger response to change.

When culture evolves at the pace of strategy
In transformation scenarios, culture cannot fall behind. If the strategy demands greater agility and cross-functional collaboration, leadership must model it.
This experience not only reinforced strategic concepts—it also created a meaningful space for human connection among leaders, strengthening organizational harmony and collective commitment to Vision 2030.
The leadership voice
Post-event feedback captured both the emotional and strategic impact of the experience. Sergio Ramírez, Vice President of Finance for the Americas Shared Service Center, shared:
“Thank you, Catalyst, for today’s experience. It is one of the most beautiful experiential moments I have had in my life. Sharing an activity like this with a group of 100 people is the best thing that can happen for organizational harmony—especially on a personal level. It creates a unique growth experience—truly beautiful. Thank you, Catalyst, on behalf of Colgate-Palmolive. Sincerely, Sergio Ramírez, Vice President of Finance for the Americas Shared Service Center.”
Testimonials like this confirm that when an experience aligns with the right strategic moment, its impact goes beyond the operational—and becomes truly transformational.
More than a Kick Off: a strategic alignment experience
At Catalyst Mexico, we design interventions that connect strategic messaging with real, lived experiences. Our goal isn’t only for leaders to hear the vision—but to live it, experience it, and integrate it into how they work.
When strategy requires deep transformation, culture must evolve at the same pace.
