With the aim of offering its employees a highly fun integration space, Amway was interested in a teamwork activity that was far from the ordinary. The objective was to boost commitment and transformative thinking, always based on teamwork.
In this sense, Amway was looking for a team building space, as a way not only to make it fun, but to motivate their employees for a better performance at work.

Solution:
With the application of Chain Reaction Table Top team building activity, the employees work to develop a common vision. The teams learned to be persistent in the face of difficulty and to work with excellence in every detail.
The challenges of the activity included:

Outcome:
Chain Reaction was a success. Our team building activity was the perfect link to unite and break the ice between the members of each team. The various activities while challenging were achievable and thereby fostered creative thinking and a greater understanding of each other’s different strengths.
