Objectives
As every year, Proeza was looking for a way to make its annual integration event, Ponte la Camiseta, different, fun and most importantly, memorable.
Hoping that employees feel more and more committed to the company’s values and actions, team building activities focused on critical thinking and effective communication are what they’re looking for.
Objectives in brief:

Solution:
One the day, teams had to navigate through different challenges and quizzes in order to be successful. Working against the clock, breaking the communication barriers to achieve effective communication and thinking outside the box, were the obstacles that the feat team overcame.
With the design of our team building activity and the fact that the activity took place during an internal company event, everyone was instantly captivated and remained engaged throughout the event.

Outcome:
Beat the Box was a success. Our team building activity was the perfect link to unite and break the ice between the members of each team during the Proeza event "Put on your shirt".
Participants put their knowledge and skills on the table, to achieve the common goal: Crack the Code.
