Team Building Activity

Beat The Box & The Infinite Loop

The Brief

The main objective of this team-building activity is to encourage camaraderie and integration among the members of the Commercial and Sales team. Although the team works well together, a lack of social interaction outside of the work context has been identified. We aim to strengthen the bonds between colleagues by promoting an environment of collaboration and trust.

The Event

Overall, everyone enjoyed the activities. They were surprised by all the puzzles and challenges presented. Despite being a relatively new team, they managed to establish good communication, which was what the client was looking for. Even in Beat The Box, their approach was always collaborative rather than competitive.

During the debrief, they had great synergy with the facilitator because they had already done the strengths test, which was part of the things they were implementing within the team. The event facilitator gave them a couple of tips on how to make the most of it.

The Solution

The solution for the team-building event focused on encouraging camaraderie and integration among the Commercial and Sales team by using collaborative activities and puzzles to foster communication and trust. Here are the key elements that contributed to the solution:

1.- Collaborative Activities

2.- Non-Competitive Approach

3.- Synergy with the Facilitator
